Before the Service
GREETING
Just walk in the door, and you’ll be welcomed with warm, pleasant smiles by our team. We’ll answer any questions you have and help you to settle in.
We are eager for you to join us for a worship service! Our service delivers both English and Cantonese/Mandarin and is a blend of contemporary and traditional. A typical service is about 80-100 minutes long, consisting of worship music, prayer, holy communion (on the fourth week of the month), sermon, etc.
Just walk in the door, and you’ll be welcomed with warm, pleasant smiles by our team. We’ll answer any questions you have and help you to settle in.
Service begins with call to worship and music worship. We believe that truthful music and singing help us worship God wholeheartedly. You will hear our congregators singing a balance of older hymns as well as modern Gospel music.
We pray for our neighbours. During each service we will pray for the needs within our church body and the surrounding community. If you have something that you’d like us to pray for, please submit it below.
Our pastor preaches a passage of Scripture each Sunday. Through these messages, we learn about God and how Jesus Christ relates to us everyday.
We believe that giving is an act of submission to our Lord Jesus Christ, but not for visitors or those who are not Christians. You are not required to participate if you are a visitor.
Whether you are an English or Chinese speaker, you will be able to listen to our sermon. Our interpreters provide simultaneous interpretation throughout the service.
Children’s Sunday School is held during the service. Your school-aged children are welcome to join us to build up their faith in Christ.
We usually have a cuppa and catch up with one another after the service. Please feel free to stay and get to know each of us. But, we want to assure that you feel comfortable, not overwhelmed.
We're here to assist you - just let us know which day you're planning to come and one of our friendly helpers will be happy to meet you and show you around on the day.
